When J.W. first made contact with London Defense, he was facing multiple cases. After trial in the first matter, J.W. was acquitted on all charges. The same prosecutor charged him with Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Third Degree.
In preparation for trial, our office filed numerous motions attacking the admissibility of evidence. We also worked with our client to do our own investigation. We gathered evidence that contradicted statements made by the complaining witnesses and submitted our investigation to the prosecuting attorney. Rather than respond to our motions, the prosecutor chose to dismiss the case and all charges against J.W.
